Glaze Digital was founded in 2015 to help make digital manageable for businesses who were struggling to manage their business’s digital presence in the modern digital environment. The company provided web design and digital marketing services and this quickly grew to include web development and app development.

Co-Founder of Glaze Digital, Richard is a Digital Marketing Consultant who has worked in the industry for over 6 years. With his vast amount of knowledge and experience, Richard understands how to develop bespoke SEO and PPC marketing strategies based on keyword research, competitor analysis and visitor behaviour. Richard has a thorough understanding of all digital marketing platforms, enabling him to help companies navigate the modern digital landscape and achieve their digital marketing goals.

Mark Kelso – UI Designer

Co-Founder of Glaze Digital, Mark is a User Interface Designer who has an excellent sense of visual and user interface design. Mark has worked with multiple start-ups and global companies over the last 7 years, and these diverse projects have allowed him to develop his skills across a range of industries. With a passion for making user interfaces easy to use and more effective for online businesses, Mark works directly with clients to ensure he develops a deeper understanding of their wants and needs. He will always go the extra mile to deliver above expectations.

Lisa Morrow – Community Manager

Lisa is a Google Certified digital and community marketing specialist with particular experience and expertise in both social media and content marketing. Lisa has advised on and implemented social media strategies for businesses of all sizes, including the second largest automotive retail group in the UK. With an analytical approach, Lisa helps clients set objectives based on industry standard benchmarks and achieves these through a mix of organic, paid, creative, video and stakeholder-based content.

Dave Clough – Digital PR Consultant

Dave has a strong background in SEO having previously been the SEO Manager for Argos and worked in senior positions for numerous leading digital agencies in London. A lateral thinker, Dave gets his kicks from creative problem solving across technical SEO, data & insight modelling, content marketing and communications,
With early roots in creative strategy and outreach, Dave joined the team to specialise in “PR for SEO” AKA Digital PR, bringing forward a new wave of forward thinking SEO strategy.

Leanne Ross –  Digital PR Consultant

Leanne has a decade of experience in communications and PR, she is  Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
