Aftercare Packages

1

Support

Running a Shopify store means there are always jobs to do, from fixing bugs and updating apps to making small improvements that keep everything running smoothly.

Our Support package gives you ongoing access to the team behind your store through a 12-month support retainer, with a flexible bank of development hours to use as you need them.

You'll also have a dedicated Account Manager, direct email support, and practical guidance through training calls and Loom videos, so expert help is never far away.

2

Growth

Our Growth package is designed for ambitious Shopify brands that want to keep moving forward.

Rather than reacting to issues as they arise, you'll have a dedicated team of Shopify specialists working proactively to improve your store month after month. Through regular strategy sessions, ongoing store analysis and continuous design and development, we'll identify opportunities to improve performance, optimise the customer experience and help your store convert more visitors into customers.

From CRO, A/B testing and landing pages to custom development, app implementation and Shopify UI design, you'll have the expertise you need to keep growing.

Projects

Some follow-up requirements need more than ongoing support or optimisation.

Whether you're planning a major new feature, integrating a new system or redesigning key areas of your store, we'll scope the work as a dedicated Shopify project.

You'll benefit from the same strategic thinking, design expertise and technical delivery as our build projects, with a clear plan tailored to your objectives.

Common questions

What does aftercare cover?

Everything your site needs after launch to keep performing. That includes bug fixes, theme and app updates, small content and design changes, performance and speed monitoring, and support when something goes wrong. It’s the difference between a site that was finished on launch day and one that keeps improving as the business grows.

Do we need aftercare if the site’s already live and working?

Shopify, your theme and every app you run are updated continuously, and changes on one can break something on another. Without someone keeping an eye on it, small issues tend to go unnoticed until they start costing sales. Aftercare means those things are caught early and fixed before a customer finds them.

How quickly do you respond to issues?

Anything that stops customers checking out gets looked at immediately. Everything else is prioritised by impact and worked through within agreed turnaround times set out in your plan. You’ll always know what’s been logged, what’s in progress and when to expect it.

Can we request changes and new features?

Yes. Aftercare plans include a monthly allowance of development time for changes, new sections, landing pages and improvements. Larger pieces of work, like a new feature or a major redesign, are scoped and quoted separately so there are no surprises.

Can you support a site you didn’t build?

Yes. We’ll audit the theme, apps and integrations first so we understand what we’re working with and flag anything that needs attention. Most sites we take on have a few things that have been patched over time, and the audit gives us a clear starting point.

How does aftercare fit with your marketing work?

Closely. When we run paid media or email for a client, the site is where that traffic lands, so conversion rate, page speed and checkout experience directly affect results. Having the same team across both means site improvements are driven by what the data shows, not by a separate ticket queue.
