Shopify Plus tends to make sense when...

You're managing multiple brands, stores or markets.

Too much time is spent on manual processes.

You're expanding internationally.

Different teams need different permissions and levels of control.

Managing your ecommerce operation is becoming more complex.

Your current platform is limiting your next stage of growth.

You might not need Shopify Plus yet –and that's fine.

Shopify Plus earns its place as businesses grow in size and complexity.

We'll tell you honestly whether Shopify Plus is the right move now, or whether your current setup still has room to grow. Either way, you'll get a clear answer, not a sales pitch.

Common questions

What’s the difference between Shopify and Shopify Plus?

Plus is Shopify’s enterprise tier. It adds checkout customisation, automation through Shopify Flow, expanded API limits, B2B functionality, multiple stores under one organisation, and a dedicated support channel. The core platform is the same, which means moving up to Plus is an upgrade, not a rebuild.

When does it make sense to move to Plus?

Usually when you’re hitting the limits of standard Shopify: you need a customised checkout, you’re running multiple stores or markets, you’re selling B2B alongside DTC, or your team is spending too much time on manual work that Flow could automate. Revenue is a factor, but the real trigger is complexity. We’ll look at what you’re trying to do and give you a straight answer on whether Plus is worth the cost.

Is Plus worth the higher monthly fee?

At the right scale, yes. Lower transaction rates alone often offset most of the fee at higher volumes, and the operational gains from automation and checkout control tend to pay back quickly. Below a certain volume, it isn’t worth it, and we’ll say so. We’d rather you grow into Plus than pay for features you won’t use.

Can you build and migrate us onto Plus?

Yes. We handle the full move, whether you’re upgrading from standard Shopify or migrating from another platform. That covers store build, checkout customisation, Flow automations, B2B setup, integrations and the data migration, with launch planned around your trading calendar.

Do you support multi-store and international setups?

Yes. Plus lets you run multiple stores from one organisation, and Shopify Markets handles currencies, languages, pricing and domains for international selling. We’ll help you decide between expansion stores and Markets based on how different each region’s catalogue, pricing and fulfilment actually need to be.

What happens after launch?

Plus stores change constantly: new markets, new automations, new integrations. Our aftercare and marketing teams work alongside the build, so the store keeps developing as the business does and the same people who built it are the ones improving it.
