    • You need full custom design and development.
    • You want to rethink your store's structure, user experience and brand from the ground up.
    • You're moving from another platform and need migration support.
  • Development of your existing store may be right if...

    • You want to build on your existing Shopify store.
    • You need new features or bespoke functionality.
    • You're looking to refresh your design or customise your theme.
    • You need integrations, technical improvements or ongoing development.

Common questions

Why Shopify?

It’s the platform we build on exclusively because it gives Shopify brands the best balance of reliability, speed to market and room to grow. Checkout, payments, hosting and security are handled by the platform, which means the build budget goes into design, customer experience and the features that actually drive sales rather than infrastructure.

Do you build custom Shopify themes or customise existing ones?

It depends on the brief and the budget. For many brands, a well-chosen premium theme customised to the brand delivers everything they need at a fraction of the cost. For brands with specific functionality, complex catalogues or a strong design identity, a custom theme is the better investment. We’ll recommend the right approach rather than defaulting to the more expensive one.

Do you design for conversion or for brand?

Both, and they shouldn’t be in conflict. A store that looks great but doesn’t sell is a failed project, and so is one that converts but undermines the brand. We design with your customer data in front of us (what people search for, where they drop off, what they buy together) so every layout and page decision is backed by how customers actually behave on your store.

How long does a Shopify build take?

A themed build typically takes six to ten weeks; a custom build twelve to sixteen. The biggest variable is usually content and sign-off on your side, so we’ll be clear from the outset on what we need from you and when. We plan launches around your trading calendar so the store is never going live in peak season.

Can we manage the store ourselves after launch?

Yes. Everything is built using Shopify’s sections and blocks, so your team can add products, change content, build landing pages and update promotions through the theme editor without touching code. We’ll walk you through it before launch, and for anything beyond that our aftercare team is there.

Can you work with the apps and integrations we already use?

Yes. We audit what’s connected to your current store and make sure each one works with the new build, or recommend a better alternative where there is one. Shopify’s native features cover a lot of what used to need separate apps, so most brands end up with a faster store and fewer moving parts.
