We redesigned BLK BOX Fitness on Shopify Plus to make buying fast for both home athletes and commercial gyms. Navigation is clear across rigs, racks, bars, plates, flooring and accessories, with purposeful filters for compatibility and weight ranges so customers get to the right spec quickly. Product pages highlight load ratings, materials, finish options and lead times with decisive CTAs, while upsell bundles help complete a kit in one go. The build is modular and performance‑focused, supporting large catalog updates, sale events and B2B pricing without heavy admin. Checkout is smooth on mobile and the site feels as strong and refined as the equipment it sells.

Our Brief

BLK BOX is a Belfast-based fitness equipment manufacturer supplying coaches, gym owners and athletes worldwide. With a 500+ product catalogue, a global contract with PureGym, and a rapidly growing DTC operation, BLK BOX needed a Shopify Plus platform that could keep pace with a business that had doubled its manufacturing output and grown to over 65 people.
