2024 is nearing its close and we’re taking a moment to reflect on what we’ve been up to this year.

It’s been a year of many new beginnings – 67 of them to be exact, if you were to count up how many websites we launched this year.

And all of these websites and new and existing clients? They’ve amassed a total turnover of £26 million across 210 clients this year. We’re exceedingly proud of the successes our clients have gone on to have with their new websites, and it’s a massive privilege to help them reach their goals.

In reaching those goals, we’ve also contributed by helping out on the email marketing side of things. We’ve actually sent 521 unique Klaviyo campaigns this year – a number we aim to increase considerably by the end of 2025.

We’ve also published 27 new blog posts here – packed with advice and tips on everything from marketing your Black Friday Sales to wrapping your head around the newest version of Google Analytics.

And as for us as a team, we’ve been in constant communication, and that adds to 24, 451 Slack messages exchanged and 753 Looms recorded.


In reflecting on 2024, we would be amiss in not mentioning some of our favourite new discoveries – that is, the Shopify apps which made our year so much easier, and the Shopify features we couldn’t be without.

Rebuy

When it comes to our favourite Shopify apps, Rebuy takes the top spot.

Rebuy has helped us personalise the shopping journey with upsells, cross-sells, and smart product recommendations that feel spot-on rather than pushy. Whether it’s a “you might also like” suggestion or bundling products in a way that’s genuinely useful, this app has really boosted our clients’ average order value. Plus, the seamless integration with Shopify means it’s super easy to get up and running.

Bundle Builder

Next on the list is Bundle Builder, another fantastic tool that’s saved us more than a few headaches.

If you’ve ever wanted to offer custom product bundles but found the setup a logistical nightmare, this app has your back. It lets our customers build their perfect bundle while keeping the back-end nice and tidy for us. Whether it’s “pick three for a deal” or creating gift sets, Bundle Builder makes it a breeze to offer something extra special and flexible to our shoppers.

Order Editing

A close runner-up is Order Editing, which is brilliant for keeping things smooth post-purchase.

Mistakes happen – whether a customer selects the wrong size or forgets to add an item – and this app makes it incredibly easy to sort those issues without cancelling the entire order. It’s a massive time-saver for our clients and keeps customers happy, which is always a win-win.

First up, it’s Shopify Flow. Shopify Flow is an incredibly powerful automation tool that can save businesses time and streamline operations. With its easy-to-use workflows, you can automate repetitive tasks like tagging high-value customers, notifying your team of large orders, or even managing stock levels.

Shipping Methods – Extra Info

Our other favourite feature of Shopify in 2024 is the ability to add an additional line of text on Shipping Methods.

This subtle but incredibly useful option allows you to provide additional details about the shipping method directly on the checkout page. Whether it’s offering more information on delivery times, costs, or special instructions, this small addition can reduce confusion, improve brand transparency, and ultimately build customer trust.
