The Skin Lab is an Irish skincare company based in Co Kerry which focuses on delivering high-quality, medically-led skincare solutions tailored to individual skin needs.

Our Brief
The Skin Lab had a unique webs presence where they were selling both products and service based items which are linked to a third party platform. We were asked to help increase sales across both services and products sold on the website.

What We Did
After carrying out some research we discovered the website was competitive locally organically for service based search terms and product searches were dominated nationally by large brands such as Boots.
Therefore we recommended focusing on Paid Media to reach customers who are searching for products the store sells and maximising real estate in the search results for services by adding paid to the organic visibility.
We also used email marketing to retain customers who had previously purchased services or products. We created bespoke email campaigns based on customer activity on the website and products and promotions the store wanted to reach customers with.

Results
We increased revenue by 123% YOY making the online store a much more important part of the business for the brand.
Paid Media Google Ads received a ROAS of over 400%.
