BPC Ventilation was founded in 2011 in County Antrim by a team of ventilation and heating experts, growing from a small local operation into a leading supplier of MVHR and heating solutions across the UK and Ireland.

The Challenge

BPC was growing quickly in the ventilation sector and their current Magento store was not working as it should, from constantly having issues with fraud and downtime to not letting their in house team control aspects of the site. They wanted to build out multiple Shopify sites and build a foundational templating system that could be recreated as and when needed.

The Solution

We firstly migrated all content, images, products, assets to Shopify, from there we worked on Figma designs focusing on not the products they offer but the design service that makes them difference, each product had unique features and downloadable assets that could be controlled by their in house team. All elements of the site, were built in a global way allowing them to start creating their own landing pages from the foundations we have laid in place. Alongside this we created a B2B portal to allow wholesale customers to create draft orders. We had setup different pricing catalogs for different customers with unique tax overrides and payment terms.
