Pride & Pinion was founded in 2017 by Nico Leonard in Belfast, quickly growing from a local watch dealer into one of the world’s largest luxury watch boutiques, renowned for sourcing, selling, and servicing high-end timepieces for collectors and enthusiasts worldwide

The Challenge
Pride & Pinion was growing at a phenomenal rate, due to the success of the founder Nico Van Der Horst Youtube channel, alongside their physical store we wanted to reinvent how they were perceived online, over the course of the last 7 years we have worked with the team on multiple iterations of the website. With the latest it was about showcasing their offering and guiding the customer to enquire or buy. The company itself had grown into now being official stockists of multiple brands and it was key that all these products needed to be sold online, from £900 watches to £120k watches.

The Solution
From the outset, we realised every product would not look or feel the same online, from the photography to the storytelling each item needed to have individuality, alongside this we wanted to make sure each brand had its place, with clear brand landing pages, filtering by the key information that matters to watch enthusiasts, from movement, material to case size. Every aspect of the site was designed to allow people to delve deeper into the buyer cycle and further enquire about pieces. What’s App integration was key to link up the sales team, and a custom Hubspot integration fed all data sets back into their central CRM.
